Problem

After the users finish their searching of influencers, most of them have a same problem which they can not contact with the influencers. Normally they will use email to tell the influencers that they want to have a business cooperation, but most of time, they do not get reply at all.

This is a big problem, if the users who want to run a campaign for their new product by hiring an social media influencer, but they can not get the response on time, it will delay the whole product launch.

Solution

Chitchat is an innovation tool that helps user to collaborate with influencers more easily and efficiently. The goal of Chitchat is combining the texting, contract signing, product shipping, tipping, these features together. At this moment, we are focus on the tipping feature.

The Challenge

I joined the team as a UI/UX designer, I had the chance to own the design and product vision. Then, during my working time in the company, I collaborated with product manager and CTO to build the user interface and userflow for this product.
